Dr Holly Trueman is a specialist factual producer and an evolutionary geneticist, with a PhD in malaria molecular biology from Imperial College London.  She joined the WildBear team in 2017 following on from working as a research scientist at CSIRO. Holly has worked in specialist factual broadcast at the BBC, ITV, Channel 5 and the ABC. She won best health documentary from the Australia Press Club for Monkey Malaria (2007). Holly is responsible for overseeing all productions at WildBear. She has recently produced over 36 hours of engineering and science content including Power (2017, Discovery), Building to the Sky (2018, AB Droit, Discovery Science); Code Red (2018, Discovery), Machinery of War (2018, Viasat), Bushfire Animal Rescue (2020, PBS Arte), Human-Animal (2020, Arte).
